Overview
Few cities were made for an open-air roadster like Miami. Neon-lit Art Deco, palm-lined causeways and endless ocean views practically beg to be experienced from the seat of a Polaris Slingshot. Since the Slingshot is classified as an autocycle in Florida, you won’t need a motorcycle license; a valid driver’s license is all it takes. We don’t have a Miami storefront, so we make it easy to cruise the Magic City with delivery to the Miami area or a quick pickup at our nearby Hollywood Beach location.
Ocean Drive and the Art Deco District
Nothing beats rolling down Ocean Drive through South Beach with the top wide open, pastel Art Deco facades glowing on one side and the Atlantic sparkling on the other. Continue up Collins Avenue past legendary hotels and buzzing sidewalk scenes, and you’ll understand why this stretch is one of the most photographed drives in the world.
Causeways, skylines and islands
Take the MacArthur Causeway for postcard skyline and cruise-ship views, or slip onto the Venetian Causeway for a slower, palm-dotted island hop between the beach and the mainland. Point south and Key Biscayne rewards you with a scenic drive past beaches and bay views. With unlimited miles, you can chain them all together.
Wynwood, Brickell, Bayside and the Grove
Cruise the colorful murals of the Wynwood Arts District, take in the gleaming high-rises of Brickell, or park near Bayside Marketplace for waterfront dining and downtown energy. Head south to leafy Coconut Grove for a laid-back, tree-canopied vibe.

Every rental includes full insurance, unlimited miles and two DOT-approved full-face helmets. We’re a husband-and-wife team of South Florida locals who started in 2020 and maintain a clean, new fleet of 20 Slingshots. Hourly pricing starts at $137, parties of 8 or more earn a group discount, and walk-ins are always welcome at our storefronts. Drivers must be 21 or older.

Driver criteria
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- The license and credit card used for the reservation must be presented on the rental day for verification.
Passenger policy
All riders must be tall enough to sit with their back against the seat, both feet flat on the floor, and the seat belt properly secured. No child safety seats.
Details
Deposits and fees
A flat $150 refundable damage deposit is placed on the card used for your reservation, for every driver 21 and older. It’s a hold, not a charge.
Vehicle damage
Return your Slingshot in the same great shape and the hold is released the same day. Each driver is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental, per the rental agreement.
Weather protection
South Florida showers usually pass fast. We recommend adding Sensible Weather’s Weather Guarantee at checkout: if rainfall during your rental window passes the threshold in your guarantee, you are reimbursed automatically, with no claim forms. Without the Guarantee we can’t refund for weather, but we’ll always do our best to move your ride to a better time.
Refund and cancellation policy
We don’t offer refunds, but we make it easy to protect your plans. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and you’ll receive full credit or a gift card toward a future booking. Your credit never expires and is fully transferable.
