All riders must be tall enough to sit with their back against the seat, both feet flat on the floor, and the seat belt properly secured. No child safety seats.

Deposits and fees
Booking is simple and secure. A flat $150 refundable damage deposit is placed on the card used for your reservation, for every driver 21 and older. It’s a hold, not a charge, so nothing is actually deducted from your account.
Vehicle damage
Return your Slingshot in the same great shape and the hold is released the same day — quick and hassle-free. Please remember that each driver (or paying individual) is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental, per the rental agreement.
Weather protection
Rain in the forecast? South Florida showers usually pass fast. We highly recommend adding Sensible Weather’s Weather Guarantee at checkout: if rainfall during your rental window passes the threshold in your guarantee, Sensible Weather reimburses you automatically, with no claim forms. Without the Guarantee we can’t refund for weather, but we’ll always do our best to move your ride to a better time — just reach out as early as you can.
Refund and cancellation policy
We don’t offer refunds, but we make it easy to protect your plans. Need to cancel? Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and you’ll receive full credit or a gift card toward a future booking. Your credit never expires and is fully transferable.
