The pier is the unmistakable centerpiece of the city’s oceanfront, stretching out over the Atlantic and anchoring a lively stretch of sand, shops and restaurants. Park nearby, walk the pier for the big blue ocean views, then fire up the roadster and let the coastal breeze carry you into the rest of your day.
Cruise the oceanfront and beach promenade
Deerfield’s oceanfront is made for slow, top-off cruising. Roll along the beachside strip where the sand meets the road, palm trees framing the view and the Atlantic sparkling to your side. There’s no shortage of spots to pull over for a swim, a bite or a photo before you keep rolling.
Explore A1A toward Hillsboro
Point the Slingshot south and A1A leads toward the Hillsboro area, one of the prettiest coastal drives in the region, with its quiet, upscale shoreline and glimpses of the historic Hillsboro Inlet. Unlimited miles mean you can follow A1A as far as the day allows.
What’s included and why SoFlo
SoFlo Slingshot Rentals is the only Polaris Adventures Elite Outfitter in South Florida, husband-and-wife owned by locals and running since 2020 with a fleet of 20 clean, newer Slingshots. Every rental includes full insurance, unlimited miles and two DOT-approved full-face helmets. Because the Slingshot is registered as an autocycle in Florida, no motorcycle license is required, just a valid driver’s license, drivers 21 and up. Rentals start at $137 for one hour and scale to multi-day. Walk-ins are welcome and groups of 8 or more earn a discount.

Driver criteria
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- The license and credit card used for the reservation must be presented on the rental day for verification.
Passenger policy
All riders must be tall enough to sit with their back against the seat, both feet flat on the floor, and the seat belt properly secured. No child safety seats.
Details
Deposits and fees
A flat $150 refundable damage deposit is placed on the card used for your reservation, for every driver 21 and older. It’s a hold, not a charge.
Vehicle damage
Return your Slingshot in the same great shape and the hold is released the same day. Each driver is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental, per the rental agreement.
Weather protection
South Florida showers usually pass fast. We recommend adding Sensible Weather’s Weather Guarantee at checkout: if rainfall during your rental window passes the threshold in your guarantee, you are reimbursed automatically, with no claim forms. Without the Guarantee we can’t refund for weather, but we’ll always do our best to move your ride to a better time.
Refund and cancellation policy
We don’t offer refunds, but we make it easy to protect your plans. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and you’ll receive full credit or a gift card toward a future booking. Your credit never expires and is fully transferable.
